Glad we could get it jump started. The switch to cmake certainly makes
this particular upgrade non-trivial.

BTW, Steve Langasek is working to make it so that you can have a .init
and a .upstart in the debian dir on debian, and dh_installinit will just
install both properly. I believe policy has already been amended to
allow this. So hopefully we can drop that from the list of things to
maintain delta from Debian on soon.

Let me know if there is anything at all I can do to help with that.
MySQL itself is maintained in bzr on Launchpad, so having the packages
maintained in bzr seems if nothing else like a nice bit of synchronicity
