On Friday (October 25) I sent an e-mail directly to the ftpmasters
asking for the disposition of the MariaDB packaging. I have not
heard back yet, but I will continue to work this issue.

Excellent.. what is your nick on OFTC?

If you would like to get going on testing we can build packages for
you for jessie. It would be great, in fact, to get some more "real world"
testing!

Separately has your company considered MariaDB 10.0? Once we get the 5.5
line uploaded I'd like to package 10.0.
