[debian-mysql] MariaDB 5.5.39-2 ready for upload

Hello James,

I've recently done quite a lot of work to fix every possible remaining
issue in the MariaDB 5.5 packaging. I think a 5.5.39-2 upload would
now be justified. Can you please upload?

I ran my usual build and run test suites batch with results available
