[debian-mysql] Resyncing with Ubuntu

Hi All,

I've spent some time figuring out what exactly is in the Ubuntu delta
for mysql-5.5 and how we can bring Debian and Ubuntu closer together.

I'm going to follow up next week with a bunch of changes which Ubuntu
seems to have, but Debian does not, and which I think are relevant for
Debian to take.

I've also found a ton of changes in Ubuntu which we can drop after we
merge, since Debian has them already (thank you!).

I also have some changes which Debian may want to take, but I am not
sure.

I think dep8 tests and an upstart script are probably fine for Debian?
Any objections?

Then there is the apport hook and the AppArmor profile. I'm not sure
that Debian can use the apport hook; please englighten me. Debian can
ship an AppArmor profile though, right? Do you want it?

Unless anybody objects, I'll hit this list with a git send-email soon,
with itemised patches that can be imported directly. I presume there's
no point having a separate bug for each one.

Thanks,

Robie
