Those are not just fine, but entirely encouraged. :)

AppArmor yes!

Apport is still in Debian experimental. I think this makes sense as,
AFAIK, there is no other apport target but launchpad. However, it would
be fantastic if a dummy dh-apport could be put into unstable so that we
don't have to do some weird optional build-depends. Ideally we'd just
ignore it.

Right, if you see a bug already open which they fix, please do reference
it in the changelog so we can get them closed, but I don't think we need
_more_ bug reports. :)
