Quite correct; having used Percona Cluster for a bit there are some
significant differences in what can be configured for a galera based
mysql; alot of performance optimizations that you get under stock
mysql (query cache being one) disappear to support the sync
replication features that galera enables.

Hence why we should continue to ship two packages and not just a
single one.
