[debian-mysql] Migration of mysql-5.5 package to git

Hi MySQL Maintainers

After discussion with Clint on IRC, I've migrated the mysql-5.5 SVN
repository to git.debian.org:

  git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-mysql/mysql-5.5.git

The master branch maps to debian/unstable from SVN; all other branches
are named appropriately.

I did the 5.5.35 updates for unstable and wheezy in git; the
orig.tar.gz was imported using git-import-orig so the package should
be entirely buildable from git using:

  git-buildpackage -S
