[debian-mysql] Migration of mysql-5.5 package to git

Thanks James! That should ease ongoing 5.5 maintenance.

Let's not forget that 5.6 work is ongoing in a separate repo:

git+ssh://scm.alioth.debian.org//git/pkg-mysql/pkg-mysql.git

Once we figure out how to transition from 5.5 -> 5.6 with all of our new
friends in tow we should get to a point where we are mostly working out
of that repo.
