[debian-mysql] Mips build for mariadb-5.5 version 5.5.37 repeatedly flipping between 'BD-Uninstallable' and 'Building'

Hello!

I've noticed that the mips build at
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=mariadb-5.5&suite=sid
keeps resetting itself, going into new builds with a few days
intervals. The builds never finish and no build log gets published. I
have no idea what is going on. Could you help out and analyze what is
happening?

State is always 'out-of-date' and the status keeps flipping between
'BD-Uninstallable' and 'Building' every 14 hours or so.. This failure
keeps 5.5.37 from getting into testing, and it should go there ASAP
because the version contains security fixes. Can you take a look at
the build to see what it is doing?
