[debian-mysql] Mips build for mariadb-5.5 version 5.5.37 repeatedly flipping between 'BD-Uninstallable' and 'Building'

I increased the priority of the build so that the next try should be
earlier. Looking at the logfiles it seems you just had bad luck
related to hardware issues.
