[debian-mysql] mariadb-10.0 FTBFS on arm64 and armhf in Ubuntu

Please sync latest mariadb-10.0 from Debian testing all we'll have a
version in Ubuntu with all these issues fixed.

Or is it synced automatically? I can already see the page

I noticed the s390x has test suite failures in spider, but it does
build OK on s390x in Debian:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=mariadb-10.0&suite=stretch
I'll file a bug about that upstream.
