No, I'm afraid not. They're only in the tarballs.

Could you file a bug on bugs.mysql.com (with or without patch) in the
"MySQL Server: Documentation" category?

BTW, In case you weren't around when I mentioned this in London: We have
to do a one-time force push to github at some point. So beware of breaking
histories. After that, we don't expect any more force pushes.
