Thanks for pointing out the exact commit IDs, it was easy to read and
review. I've written this before, but I'll repeat it again: you write
the best commit messages ever, I haven't seen anybody having such a
good balance of a complete yet short explanation :)

I also looked into to see how you implemented in Percona the stuff
that I should copy to MariaDB at
https://github.com/basak/debian-percona-server-5.6/tree/master/debian

I've sent you per-line comments and a pull request via Github facilities.

Once those are aswered, I'll implement the /etc/mysql/mariadb.conf.d/ thing.
