[debian-mysql] MariaDB 10.0 delta Ubuntu-Debian

Hello Robie!

You backported some stuff from Debian testing to Ubuntu 15.04 before
it released. This as stayed on as a delta that keeps Ubuntu from
importing latest mariadb-10.0 version from Debian testing.

Could you please drop the delta or push to mariadb-10.0 git if there
is something special there not already in Debian?
