The formatting on e.g. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=848483
is broken. You should have used --user foo --usertags bar instead of adding
those in the template. At least that's what I do.

No. But if you have a list of bugs, I can easily do it with a mail to control.
Otherwise, we can get a list from your list of packages by using the bts tool.
