Hi,

I noticed a few issues :

- The tag for release debian/10.1.20-1 only seems to exist on the Github mirror
repo and not on the Debian git repo
https://github.com/ottok/mariadb-10.1/releases/tag/debian%2F10.1.20-1

- The links to the git repo were not updated in several places (control
  file, README), I fixed this in commits :
