Package: mysql-common
Version: 5.6.28-1
Severity: wishlist

Ohai MySQL-Team!

Some time ago I've stolen the great pg_virtualenv script and adopted
it to be used with MySQL as my_virtualenv [1].

The script allows to run a scratch mysql environment for things like
unittests etc.

I was asked to package it for Debian, but I think it would be better
suited inside mysql-common (or even in upstream if there is some kind
of "contrib" section?).

What do you think?

Greets
Evgeni
