#815567 shows that virtual-mysql-server does not help with Build-Depends.

I prepared a prototype for a separate mysql-common package (and
default-* packages) at
git://git.debian.org/git/users/anbe/tmp/mysql-defaults.git
but so far nobody had time to review it.
