Unfortunately I need to reject your package due to incomplete debian/copyright
and in one case a file that is not licensed (i.e. non-free) so the tarball is
not distributable as is:

cmake/FindIconv.cmake:

#  Copyright (c) 2010 Michael Bell <michael.bell at web.de>

No license.

Licensing statement not in debian/copyright:

libmariadb/dbug.c:

 *                                                                            *

 *                                                                            *

 * Because of the number of inquiries I was receiving about the use *
