[debian-mysql] mysql-5.7 remove dojo patch

Hi folks,

I tried to update the remove dojo patch from Lars to remove all flv and swf
binaries as they generate a Lintian error

Unfortunatelly quilt is not willing to do so?

This and the fact that the patch already takes 23M would lead me to ask, if
we may want to remove the dojo folder by some d/rules target? Or maybe even
the whole NDB frontend?
