[debian-mysql] mysql-5.7 remove dojo patch

Hi,

I don't think quilt can handle the binary files, so I just left it like 
that since it makes it clear we don't use it.
If there's a cleaner way to handle it within guidelines I'm all for it. 
And yeah, I think we could remove the entire ndb frontend if that's the 
case.
