[debian-mysql] mysql-5.7 boost dependency

Hi,

I've noticed that boost in a recent version (1.61.0.2) has hit testing [0].
I think that it might be a good idea to use boost from system and not the
bundled version.

@Lars: is it ok to build against a newer version?
