[debian-mysql] NEWS.Debian entry for the MariaDB migration?

Hello!

Then running apt-get update and apt-get dist-upgrade the tool
apt-listchanges shows automatically extracts from NEWS.Debian and
Changelog.Debian files. Currently we don't have any.

Should the default-mysql-server or some other package have a
NEWS.Debian file with info about the migration? If so, what should the
text state?
