Contributing to mariadb-10.3 is nowadays super easy with merge
requests on Salsa, with Gitlab-CI integration and all. If you want
this change, feel free to open a MR against mariadb-10.3.
Easy instructions on how to use Salsa and it's built-in Gitlab-CI
feature can be found at https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/MySQL/patches
