[debian-mysql] MariaDB upgrades for Debian/Ubuntu pending: request for review and contribtions

Hello,

Nice to see this is getting forward this fast! I'll take a deep dive 
with patches and Salsa today. What can be done with uring? Should it 
just be turned of until it can be safely enabled on Ubuntu. That would 
be pity as it's much faster in many real world loads..
