The reason those versions haven't been synced to Debian isn't the
rebuild versions, as those are ignored by the syncing algorithm.
However, we've entered a Feature Freeze at the end of February, and thus
disable autoimport from Debian.

Given that it's a new upstream version, you'll probably need a Feature
Freeze Exception to get the sync approved.
