[debian-mysql] Galera 25.3.37 and 26.4.13 pending upload to Debian - request for help

Hello!

I have imported the latest Galera 3 and 4 series to respective Debian
packaging repositories and polished them a bit based on Salsa-CI test
runs and Launchpad build results.

I will wait for a week for any contributions you want to make into
this round of updates before I upload them to Debian unstable. After
that I will also upload them to Debian stable version updates and to
Ubuntu.

I would appreciate if Faustin helped with the usrmerge issue visible
in CI upgrade test in as Faustin knows what it is about based on
MariaDB upgrade testing experience:

Galera 4 also has a bunch of Lintian complains anybody could help
with, most of them are newcomer friendly to investigate and fix:

Galera 4 also has 5 bugs reported in Debian, that would be a good
opportunity for somebody to help out by triaging them, and potentially
fix 1-2 two of them:
