I will, but probably full-upgrade can only be tested in docker starting
with bookworm (see:
https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-server/-/merge_requests/18).

I worked (and hopefully fixed) on #970045 today, please can you confirm
the reason of '_galera' user over 'galera' since I can't find it in the
documentation.
