[debian-mysql] MariaDB 1:10.11.7-2build2 in Ubuntu / noble-proposed

Hi Otto,
I took a look at the changes in 1:10.11.7-3. Since noble is in feature
freeze and approaching the beta, it may be difficult to merge in the new
version altogether. Some items, such as the startup message patch would
likely be blocked without a feature freeze exception. There is a lot there
that would be nice to have in Ubuntu too though, especially the dpkg-dev
inclusion and user facing changes like spelling fixes. If you would like, I
can at least try and get those included prior to the beta freeze.
