I forgot to forward some patches I'm afraid. This was a giant batch of
time_t patching.

This is a necessary patch for the time_t transition as libcurl4 became
libcurl4t64, and that dependency should not have been there in the first
place since ${shlibs:Depends} takes care of it (packages actually end up
being misbuilt with libcurl4, libcurl4t64 depends).

So in effect, your -3 upload can't migrate to testing because it depends
on both the removed libcurl4 and the new libcurl4t64, causing
uninstallability issues on 32-bit architectures.
