[debian-mysql] Request: Sync MariaDB 1:11.4.3-1 and Galera-4 26.4.20 to Ubuntu 24.10 "Oracular"

Hi Lena,

Seems the Ubuntu repos are in freeze now and no longer syncing form
Debian unstable automatically. Could you please help and manually sync
the latest MariaDB and Galera versions to Ubuntu to ensure 24.10 ships
with latest available versions?
