[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#363152: nagios2-common doesn't provide passive monitoring scripts

Both nagios-common and nagios2-common declare the directory
	/usr/lib/nagios/plugins/eventhandlers
but only nagios-common puts the scripts in there.

I finally migrated from nagios to nagios2, and purged all the nagios-*
packages when I found that my passive monitors were not being kicked off
(some by submit_check_result_via_nsca, some by submit_check_result).

A little digging showed that the scripts have vanished, and bringing
them back doesn't really help as nagios2 is looking for the command file
in another location.

Everything else about the nagios2 upgrade has been better than I
could've hoped... the Debian setup (and nagios upgrades) are vastly
easier to manage than was the earlier nagios setup :)

Oh, There are newer nagios, nrpe, and nsca packages available :)
