okay ..

i would prefer a package "nagios-snmp-plugins" (which is build from upstream 
package and maybe additional (snmp-)plugins patched in) and 
a "nagios-plugins-thirdparty" with other (perl-)plugins. later we can split 
it into some "binary" packages. at the moment there are only some which i 
have as candidate for it.
