[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#351548: nagios-plugins-basic: should conflict with netsaint-plugins

Thats too late. That old package is only left in woodys non-us, removed
from the main archive for nearly two years now, so if one should
conflict with something that would have need to be done in  sarge, which
is obviously too late.

And this is an uncommon case or we would have had much more of these
reports, so it isnt also not enough for a sarge point release.
