[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#351548: nagios-plugins-basic: should conflict with netsaint-plugins

more to the point, this is a direct upgrade from woody to etch, skipping
sarge entirely.  this is explicitly unsupported in debian.  

the nagios-plugins packages in sarge actually *do* conflict with the
netsaint family of packages because they existed in the previous woody
release.  however, there's no reason for packages in etch to do the same
because sarge does not contain any netsaint packages.

so, paul: it might be a little late now but for future reference
upgrading one release at a time is likely to make such problems
occur less often.
