Would it be a possible fix to have nagios2-common declare
/usr/lib/nagios2/plugins/eventhandlers?

Hm. Since we don't ship any event handlers, and the local admin is not
supposed to put files to /usr, shouldn't we have
/usr/local/lib/nagios2/plugins instead?
