i don't have a default install handy, so i'm not sure if the setting is
included and explicitly set to 0, or implicitly set to 0 by not being
set. in the case of the former, i'd be open to placing a comment after
the setting, and in the case of the latter we could explicitly add the
setting to it's default value with a comment.
what i would be opposed to, however, is changing the default setting to
non-zero, as spamming the admin who installed nagios is a quick way to
get nagios uninstalled (or at least it would encourage the admin to stop
reading the emails) :)
