So adding "notification_interval 0 ; set > 0 if you want to be renotified" 
will be fine? :)

I agree. But in larger environments, you will lose track on whats up and down, 
if you dont have actualy access to the webinterface. So with the config line 
above, anybody should know, what he have todo to get aware of both.
