[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#637307: [nagios3] First_notification_delay is not respected

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a service in Nagios, which has first_notification_delay set to 15 (minutes).

2. Trigger a notification from the service.

Expected result:
- The notification will be sent after 15 minutes

Actual result:
- The notification is sent immediately.

Similar steps apply for host definitions.

This bug has also been fixed in upstream Nagios version 3.3.1.

Attached a patch which fixes the problem.
