[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#673700: icinga-common: retention information lost due location change

With 1.7.0-1 the location of retention.dat was changed to
/var/lib/icinga/retention.dat. Unfortunately the file is not
moved/copied and so all further states get lost.
