[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#725269: nagios-plugins: add Debian security tracker support

It would be useful to have a plugin for nagios to use debsecan[1] or the
data[2] for it to detect when a system has a potential security issue
that needs whitelisting, a fix from Debian and or a local workaround.
