Hi Louis-Philippe,

Thanks for the patch, it's applied in git with a few improvements.

I like how it uses the start directory to have it automatically loaded
on startup. This simplifies the procedure in the documentation to match
the experience on other distributions where vim-addon-manager is used
either.

The next upload will include these changes.
