Hi,

recently i noticed, that some external modules (namely nchan) are
outdated, then i decide to update them internally, but the ngxmod
helper is python2 only, then i ported it to py3 (really simple task),
because py2 support is going out.

I fixed problem with missing exclude files on module update (without
understanding it in deep).

Patch attached.
