[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Bug#953034: nginx: improve dependency of dynamic modules

Hi,

please, add all dynamic modules into nginx-full too, as recommended or
suggested dependency.

I am using for some years with nginx-full these:

+ libnginx-mod-http-fancyindex (in production)
+ libnginx-mod-http-headers-more-filter (in production)
+ libnginx-mod-nchan (only test server)

I have installed, but not deeply tested these:

+ libnginx-mod-http-cache-purge
+ libnginx-mod-http-lua
+ libnginx-mod-http-uploadprogress

I didn't noticed any problem, it works, but these module packages
cannot be set as automatically installed.
