[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Request access for new Nginx module package

Hi Team,

my name is Ervin Hegedus, I've been a Debian Maintainer since 2017[1].

I've sent a request for the Nginx repository in Debian's Salsa.

I'm a ModSecurity contributor, and I would like to add the
libnginx-mod-http-security package.

I'm also a member of Debian's ModSecurity packaging team[2], active
packager of these packages (and sometimes of HAM radio packages[3]).

I'm also a core developer of the OWASP CoreRuleSet team, one of the most
popular rule set for ModSecurity WAF[4].

The package is done, I would like to get some help to review it, and make
necessary modifications.
