[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Thomas a debian nginx maintainer ?

Hi Thomas,
(and all nginx maintainers)
As I was working with Jan Mojžíš I realized you are listed as Uploader for
nginx debian package,
and Jan added you on all the submodules he had split into separate packages.

Usually for those team-maintained packages, only one Uploader is needed -
the one currently doing the uploads. The others can always do a Team
Upload, since they are part of the team.

To shorten the current Uploaders field:
Uploaders: Christos Trochalakis <ctrochalakis at debian.org>,
           Ondřej Nový <onovy at debian.org>,
           Thomas Ward <teward at ubuntu.com>,
           Jan Mojžíš <jan.mojzis at gmail.com>

I suggest we only put Jan because Christos and Ondřej are already in the
nginx team. And I'm not sure about you. This concerns a dozen packages that
are going to be uploaded very soon (most of them in NEW, all of them to
/experimental).
