[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Thomas a debian nginx maintainer ?

The NGINX "team" does not include myself or Jan because for whatever
reason Ondrej did not have the capacity to add us to the team or such,
or chose not to.  NGINX as a "team" hasn't actually been alive for a
considerable period of time, it took Ondrej adding myself and Jan to get
src:nginx back into 'sane' state, and if Ondrej is not an admin of the
NGINX "team" then we can't do team uploads.

However, keep in mind that Ondrej did add myself and Jan as maintainers
on the Salsa repo where everything happens, and Christos has been more
or less 'nonexistent' when it comes to uploads, etc., so if Ondrej is
not an administrator of the *team* then we have a larger issue.

The idea that Jan is going with is that we'd keep anyone with src:nginx
upload access to also be covered in the uploaders/developers for the
packages being split *from* src:nginx.

If the "Team" however is defunct, then we need to address that from a
far higher level of the Debian world than just this list. Especially if
Jan and I are not on it (even though we have upload rights for src:nginx).

CC += Christos, Ondrej, directly.
