[Pkg-nginx-maintainers] Accepted nginx 1.22.1-6 (source) into unstable

Hi,
sorry for the confusion.

The bug https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1000013
was closed early due to a commit message 'Closes: #1000013' from the Gitlab :(
Will reopen it.

The 1.22.1-6 release is still using old libpcre3.

Switch to libpcre2 will be in 1.22.1-7 in which there will be also:
- ABI versioning + rebuild all modules
- final cleanup before bookworm
