No.  I seem to remember it working that way in the past, or at least

I thought they modules for the 2.6.26 kernel were built (manually) over
a month ago maybe even two.

I see that because the old versions were deleted from testing, the fixed
ones now can't go in because they are considered an add.

I guess someone has to bug the release manager about it.
