[pkg-nvidia-devel] [patch 190xx] [29/k] conditionally include linux/version.h

Hi,

in 195xx upstream changed the include order breaking our conftest.h. So
include linux/version.h from conftest.h if the macros are not available
and add include guards around linux/version.h inclusion in nv-linux.h
(linux/version.h does not have include guards). This can be applied to
190xx with no harm.
